AreaGuides Network - New Look?

For the last several weeks the rumor mill has been a buzz about a possible new look for the AreaGuides.com Network of regional community postal websites. Today, we can confirm that the southern sites in the network including LakeNorman.com are already sporting a new improved look and feel.

The new look is by the web design firm of Bedford Falls Graphics based in North Carolina. Confirmed sources high up in the AreaGuides organization have indicated that this new design should be fully implemented throughout the network by the end of June. The founder of AreaGuides Craig Shipp of Merritt Island, Florida said "We are all excited to see the AreaGuides.com Network moving to the next level. There are many new developments that will be announced in the near future that I think all of our users and sponsors will find helpful. We are all about providing easy-to-use tools to the members of our communities and now with this expanded partnership with the folks at Bedford Falls Graphics I believe we will all be saying 'WOW' on a regular basis."

HSUPA Coverage - High-Speed Data for new iPhone

I've already talked about the new iPhone that's due sometime after June 9th and here's an article that talks about AT&Ts rollout of their high-speed data network that the new iPhone will be taking advantage of. This is more exciting news for the AreaGuides.com Network as they are planning the launch of their iPhone friendly sites this summer.

"The second half of June 2008 will mark a new era for AT&T. Will the Apple 3G iPhone show up on AT&T with HSUPA support around the 18th of June?"
