I shot this hand-held at f4 and 1/250th of a second because my 70-200 VRII is tack sharp at f4 and 1/250th is fast enough for portrait work. I also used some fill flash.

Jawbone Jambox Review and Sound Test
If pairing with a macbook pro be sure to select stereo device as the bluetooth option otherwise the sound will be poor. My iPad and iPhone paired great but the MacBook Pro the first time was garbled and then I tried again and selected stereo and it worked great.
